In 2016,  Wild Nearby opened at the Burke Museum of Natural History and Culture. This exhibit, adapted from the story and images of our book The North Cascades: Finding Beauty and Renewal in the Wild Nearby, offered museum visitors an opportunity to immerse themselves in the sights, sounds and stories of one of the largest wildlands in the U.S.
