Crown of the Continent to be Featured in Senate Building

gnam-5833Following the exciting conservation victories for the Crown if the Continent region in December, we now have an opportunity to celebrate, thank the elected leaders who made it happen, and remind them about the many places in the Crown still need protection.

From March 23 to March 27, images from Crown of the Continent: The Wildest Rockies by Steven Gnam will be exhibited in the Senate Building’s Russell Rotunda.

We worked with National Parks Conservation Association and Senator Tester’s office to get this exhibit in this place. The Wilderness Society, Western Conservation Foundation and The Crown of the Continent Conservation Initiative have stepped in to fund the exhibit, and a special reception. 

You can help send photographer Steven Gnam to Washington during the exhibit to personally thank elected and leaders and show them why the Crown is so special in the way only he can. Check out Mr. Gnam goes to Washington to contribute!

We can’t all join Steven in Washington, so here is a preview of the exhibit that policymakers will see:
